This simple but effective package allows owners an easy solution to hugely improve the performance of their Mk3 Focus RS, but retain the OEM feel of the car. With a Devil Developments / Motorsport Developments map, our own uprated fuel pump solution and our Devil Developments big turbo kit, this package will transform any Mk3 Focus RS with 490-510bhp and 656NM of torque achievable from any healthy car. Supporting modifications required are an uprated intercooler, exhaust system, a forged engine build, with Stage 3 camshafts optional to see a further increase in power of around 10-20bhp & up to 40NM of torque and our own 4bar map sensor solution which allows for boost cut safety.

No other modifications are required – original fuel injectors, standard clutch and and OEM transmission all remain but we do recommend uprating the clutch and fitting a Quaife front differential if Stage 3 cams are fitted as power can peak at over 530bhp. The result from our package is a genuine 490-510bhp and 656NM of torque from 1.9bar of boost that arrives very early with full boost at just 3,000rpm. It drives just like a standard car but with a lot more usable power and responsive torque to improve general drivability. We can offer this conversion as a drive-in, drive-out package fitted at our work shop (or at Motorsport Developments if preferred) from £7,499 fully fitted, mapped and dyno proven.

Devil Developments is now offering a complete uprated head gasket package, with warranty. This includes a better gasket, stronger head bolts for a superior clamping force along with all associated machining and parts, including an oil change and filter.
